Casas Coloniales
We are home developers in Coronado – an exclusive area close to the Coronado Golf and Beach Resort located 80 kilometers from Panama City on the Pacific Ocean side.
Our company name means “Colonial Homes”, and we build them with the greatest of care, using natural materials from a wide variety of Panamanian resources.
- A solid foundation is the basis for every great home and ours are constructed of cement blocks and steel
- Floors are finished with elegant ceramic tiles or terracotta
- Windows and doors are expertly constructed of wood or steel
- High ceilings are supported by strong joists or made of mangle – a Panamanian wood that is as beautiful as it is strong
- Roofs are covered with traditional red tiles.
For owners who prefer natural air cooling, some of our designs incorporate an open indoor patio that allows air to circulate and keep the home cool without the use of air conditioners.
You can choose from lot sizes between 1000m2 (10,764 square feet) and 1340m2 (14,423 square feet).
If you wish, larger lot sizes can be arranged.
